These terms apply to use of velkarovix.com and to early discussions about VelkaRovix mobile game development services. A signed statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement will control any paid project.
2. Website information
The content on this website is provided for general business information. It is not a guarantee of project results, platform approval, revenue, downloads, store ranking, or availability of a specific team member.
3. Project inquiries
When you send an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate enough for us to evaluate the request. Please do not send confidential material until both parties have agreed appropriate confidentiality terms.
4. Proposals and estimates
Any estimate, timeline, or proposal shared before a signed agreement is non-binding unless it expressly says otherwise. Final scope, delivery schedule, acceptance criteria, fees, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of project materials, source code, assets, tools, and deliverables is handled in the applicable project agreement. VelkaRovix retains rights in pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable tooling, and general production knowledge unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, access to required accounts, brand materials, platform credentials, and any third-party licenses or assets they ask us to use.
7. Third-party platforms
Mobile games may depend on app stores, engine providers, analytics services, cloud platforms, device manufacturers, and other third-party systems. VelkaRovix is not responsible for changes, outages, rejections, or policy decisions made by those third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VelkaRovix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or preliminary service discussions.
